C5 C6 Corvette Coilover Spring Conversion Kit, 2.25, QUAD SPRING, HIGH RATE
This kit will work for front and/or rear coilovers. You will need to order (2) kits for a full 4-corner coilover system (1 kit covers 2 shocks)
This complete "dual spring" kit for C5 and C6 Corvettes includes everything you need to convert the 2.50" springs on your coilovers, to 2.25" springs. This conversion was designed with hardcore enthusiasts in mind so they can increase the wheel-rate of their cars without facing excessive clearance issues, as well as a spring that flops around at droop. It is typical on Viking and QA1 based coilover kits to have spring slop once you go over 400lbs/in and lower your car, this kit will allow you to use far stiffer springs with no spring slop when the suspension unloads.
When using a stiff linear style coilover spring, you may run into scenarios that unload the spring when you droop the suspension. These scenarios are not the end of the world but the proper way to run a spring is to have tension through the full travel range when unloading or drooping the suspension fully.

-(2) Billet Aluminum 2.25 ID Spring Conversion Caps
-(2) 7" or 8" Tall 500+lb/in 2.25" ID Coilover Springs
-(2) 2.50" to 2.25" Conversion Spring Couplers
-(2) 7" Tall Helper Springs with 10lbs/in Spring Rate
*Works with 2.25" or 2.50" coilover style spring configurations ONLY.
*The helper spring and adapater is approximately 1.50" thick, so you will need to move the height adjuster accordingly by that amount to compensate
